Shipping

Most items are delivered via e-mail or are downloadable via an FTP server and are available immediately after payment.

Any physical items shipped by Sonic Trademark are generally sent via UPS or Federal Express due to their superior tracking and audit trail. Upon request, we will use any carrier you prefer.

A handling fee may be added to individual shipments but will be disclosed prior to payment.

Returns

Downloadable and custom audio products are non-returnable and non-refundable and are sold 'AS IS' without warranty or guarantee.

That being said, we will make every effort to ensure your satisfaction with each and every product we sell and encourage you to contact us immediately if you are dissatisfied in any way.
